Job Title: Senior Strategy Planner


Main Roles & Responsibilities: 

1.Work with the cross-function planning team to deliver business growth studies with manufacturing deliverables in term of manufacturing strategy, investment requirements, process requirement etc. for the respective program and business case approvals;

2.Coordinate to evaluate the implications to the current running operation with business plan changes and coordinate for the investment requirements / containability / alternate proposals for the business plan updates;

3.Secure adequate study requirements, assumptions and timing from Business Strategy Offices; discuss/negotiate the above when beyond manufacturing capabilities;

4.Analyze/understand total study requirements for business studies (e.g. sourcing decisions, volume opportunities, special studies, etc.) and direct the work of all affected business growth activities (via clear, concise, stable study requests) towards optimized solutions taking into account implications of F&T, Variable Costs, Direct and Indirect Labor, Capacity availability, Freight implications, Sourcing levels, Industrial Parks, Labor agreements/restrictions/surpluses, Senior management "wants" & Other external factors;

5.Coordinate meetings  to ensure affected areas have a common understanding of overall goals and study assumption and execute the governance process. Consolidate and analyze study data;

6.If required, Present the program paper in required Mgmt forums;

7.Manage ( lookahead agenda, presentation material, review cadence) weekly Strategy review meeting with AP leadership for key upcoming program manufacturing strategy topics;

8.Align with Global and AP teams to appropriately forecast upcoming cost studies and develop an effective communication methodology so ptme organization has visibility on future programs. Also optimize the review cadence accordingly;

9.Prepare concise, logical summary reports/details for consensus prior to final submission;

10.Build long term bookshelf knowledge for dedicated footprint. Identify and share lessons learned from each program within MFG;

11.Conduct regular dialogue with affected manufacturing plants.


Qualification:

1.Above 3-4 years’experience;

2.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
