The successful candidate will be assigned to work with the China Legal Resources Department of a leading US based multinational company in cosmetic and nutrition industry.

Supervisor：Legal Director

Location：Office is at Shanghai CBD area.

Term：Around 6 months (to fill the vacancy due to maternity leave)

Job Description：
1.Be responsible to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and related project documents with a focus on IT, HR, finance, property management, etc.
2.Directly advise internal clients on legal issues and provide alternative solutions to mitigate legal risks regarding contract structure and address issues during the performance process.
3.Efficiently manage contract review request on a daily basis through an internal online system.
4.Provide advice to business regarding SOP establishment and continuous improvement to ensure compliance of the business.
5.Provide review and comments on various literatures, including product claims, business model, etc.
6.Provide legal opinion and risk assessment on new business initiatives.
7.Other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualification：
1.PRC qualified with a bachelor degree in law or above.
2.3-5 year PQE experience (experience in related industry is preferred)
3.Able to transform legal issues into a workable solution within a business context.
4.Proficiency in English drafting.
5.Strong business sense / communication / interpersonal skills
6.Adaptive, resilient and willing to learn.

Compensation： pre-tax RMB 22,000-25,000 / per month (negotiable)
