职位一:Consultant, Strategy


工作地点:上海


岗位职责:

-  To be an analytical and strategic source of knowledge regarding branding issues and trends;

-  Identify and analyze key business and branding issues and trends germane to specific client engagements;

-  Coordinate with project leaders to ensure that timelines are met and knowledge is successfully transferred across the client team;

-  Work with project lead to develop proposals and formalize scopes of work for specific client projects;

-  Own specific work streams and manage all components related to that work streams (content, client, financial performance etc.);

-  Collaborate with the client team to formalize hypothesis and develop strategic recommendations;

-  Assist senior project leads in the creation of client presentations;

-  Engage in value-added dialog on engagement topics;

-  Responsible for producing and integrating highest quality end-product;

-  Provide guidance in troubleshooting client issues with other Consultants.


岗位要求:

-  B.A degree; MBA desirable;

-  2 - 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or business strategy and client management or Research Agency, quantitative studies;

-  Proven ability to answer challenging business issues;

-  Passion to the brand; Knowledge about consumer insights; Creative mind to generate interesting ideas;

-  Superior presentation and written skills, proficient in spoken and written English;

-  Strong in analytical thinking and approaches. Proficient on data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with advanced market research/statistics is preferred;

-  Travel moderately inside and outside China, depending on client and business needs;

-  Ability to handle large, complex projects and be client facing;

-  Must be a lead and team player and have the ability to work with people at all levels and across all functions (strategic and creative) of the company;

-  Strong client leadership skills—can connect with clients and inspire their confidence and on-going commitment;

-  Can develop creative solutions using variety of faces available;

-  Strong attention to details; Able to see ‘two steps’ ahead;

-  Comfortable working across industries and sectors (B2C and B2B).


职位二:品牌分析实习生


工作地点:上海


岗位职责:

1、品牌策略项目的资料收集和辅助整理,包括:桌面研究;行业趋势分析;消费者行为分析;竞争对手情况分析;传播审计;

2、纪要整理和要点提取;

3、相关文件的翻译(英翻中,中翻英);

4、其他相关辅助工作。


岗位要求:

1、每周至少能实习3个全天及以上,寒暑假期间可以每周5天;

2、具有良好的信息收集和处理能力;

3、对品牌具有热情;

4、具有一定的逻辑分析和策略思考能力;

5、中英文听说读写流利,具有书面翻译能力者佳;

6、工作积极主动,乐于奉献,在工作分配上有一定的灵活性;

7、具有良好的沟通技巧,责任心强,注重细节。
